ASBU Menos Network Operations Center NOC works around the clock at the HUB side and at members Radio and TV SITs. Network Operations Center NOC supervises the system to assure readiness of satellite and Menos HUB resources, to provide technical support remotely for members SITs, and to provision and configure updates/upgrades for Menos System Network.

Arab Exchange Center allocated an internet site to report incidents or issues. NOC duty operators as soon as they spot a problem or receive a call login remotely to the specific SIT, and fix the problem aided by the member engineers. In case an escalation is required, NOC reports the case to Newtec Support Team and both parties work together until reaching a full resolution, or arranging for faulty equipment replacement.
